Minah.io is a RWA debt platform that breaks down entry barriers to African markets. It enables both the general public and professionals to contribute to financing development projects in West Africa (Real Estate, Land, Impact).
🤔 What Problem are you Solving
With the addition of 1 billion people over the next 25 years, the West African region will need $90 billion per year to maintain its current standard of living.
Investment opportunities are massive in every sector (real estate, land, education, venture debt etc.), the challenge is to know how to address these opportunities reliably and safely.
🛠️ What is your Solution to this Problem
Minah is a RWA investment platform that allows anyone to participate in Africa's market expansion through a debt strategy that combines financial returns and development objectives.
Unlike traditional solutions, Minah simplifies the investment process by tokenising bonds. A key strength lies in our innovative use of blockchain, which enables full transparency, enhanced security and unprecedented accessibility to investing in Real World Asset in West Africa.
📈 Current Stage
We offer the opportunity to invest in our MVP debt strategy, which is a bullet investment (Main features 8% / year , 3 year maturity).
We already have a 1M€ project pipe ready to be delivered to the platform in the coming months.
NB: This strategy has already been tested by our own end. Here, the financial risk is very limited so we can focus on the technical and legal challenges of the project.

Funding type: Debt financing
Minimum Investment: 400 €
📜 Type of raise
Bonds - 8% Bullet Debt. i.e. you would receive 8% yearly and the nominal at the end of the maturity (3 years).
NB : We will offer the option to sell the bonds before the end of the maturity on the Minah platform.
🎯Use of funds
The funds will be invested in 3 projects in Lomé, Togo.
The aim of these projects is to meet profitability targets (CF of 8% per annum) but also to ensure that your investment has a positive impact on development. More specifically, they involve (i) a real estate project, (ii) a land project (iii) and the financing of social actions supervised by our partner association.
